RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your order. If the item is not right for you, we offer a return and full exchange policy with refund or store credit if the order is returned to us within 14 working days unused and in its original condition. Please note that items used for photography or styling and then returned are not eligible for a refund.
Any bespoke or personalised designs are non-refundable, non-returnable.
You must return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with their original packaging. If the handling or viewing of the item is excessive beyond that reasonably required to ensure that the item functions as expected or you damage the item in any way then the cost will be deducted from the purchase price and we will credit the balance.
Once we receive the item back we will assess and will notify you of whether we are accepting the product for exchange.
Please note you are responsible for any delivery costs incurred in returning any orders. We reserve the right to refuse a return to exchange if items are non-saleable.
ERRORS
